This was a chocolate cake with creamcheese filling, covered in milk chocolate ganach and fondant.

Hogwarts Castle Cake
This cake was for my daughter's birthday. She is a big Harry Potter fan so, of course, she had to have a Hogwarts party for her 11th birthday.
The ground was a strawberry cake with strawberry frosting. The buildings were made out of rice crispy treats covered in white chocolate ganache and fondant.

Cupcakes for our ballet studio's birthday party. I made 4 different kinds: vanilla with swiss buttercream, strawberry with strawberry buttercream, chcocolate chip red velvet with cream cheese frosting, and chocolate with peanut butter frosting. Mmmmm
