Volcano Cake

This was a red velvet - chocolate chip cake with cream cheese - chocolate chip filling, covered with milk chocolate ganache and fondant.

The top was a rice crispy treat, also covered in the milk chocolate ganache - a very yummy gluton-free addition!

 And here it is with the candles - I mean lava!
