This birthday cake was for a tennis player, marathon runner, mathmatition so it was fun to incorporate all three of those things!
This was a 8 x 4 1/2 inch square chocolate cake with buttercream - strawberry filling, covered in chocolate ganache and fondant with fondant accents.
